Resident(s) hereby give thirty (30) days notice of
intent to vacate the premises. It is agreed that this notice terminates
resident’s tenancy on
(mm/dd/year).
Resident(s) will deliver possession of said premises to management on
that day. In accordance with the rental agreement this notice is
effective as to all occupants of this property.
If the tenant remains in possession without the
owner/agent’s consent after expiration of the term of the rental
agreement or its termination, the Owner/Agent may bring an action for
possession and if the tenant’s holdover is willful and not in good faith,
the Owner/Agent may also recover not more than two month’s periodic rent
or twice the actual damages sustained, whichever is greater.
It is agreed and understood that premises may be shown
at reasonable times prior to the expiration of this notice, after
Owner/Agent issues appropriate notice to enter.
Tenant agrees that all personal property remaining on
the premises may be disposed of by the Owner/Agent without complying with
the requirements of ORS 90.425.
Resident(s) hereby certifies that payments for all
utilities are current. Any outstanding utility bills will result in all
Resident(s) being put into collections .
